Honestly, I totally forgot about booking or at least check with the Aljunied-Hougang-Punggol East Town Council when is the earliest date to book. I've heard some areas say 3 months and some say 6 months. Thank God, when we had a chat with Ayah, he reminded us about booking the void deck.
At the time we realized we haven't checked, it was a about 1 week after 6 months and of course I got a little nervous wondering if there is going to be wedding held the same block.
Alhamdulillah, no one has booked so the void deck is officially ours.

So to those who lives in the same area as me, take note that earliest to book is 6 months and latest is 1 month. The utility rates on the website was overly back dated. It's S$16 for water and $40 for electricity.
We booked for 2 days just in case Wed'Inc Petals need more time to set up or Jhon and I could just 'main-main' camp under the block. haha
